Community Manager

We seek a Community Manager to contribute to Change Labs activities on a 4-6 month trial basis, with potential for full-time hire. Our Community Manager is a critical piece of our culture. As the face of the organization in the Western Agency, the Community Manager plays both a PR and communications role as well as an operational support role. The Community Manager will spend one-third of his or her time attending and reporting at community events and two-thirds of time working in the Tuba City facilities supporting day-to-day operations.

Financial Controller

We seek an experienced Financial Controller to undertake all aspects of non-profit financial management, fund accounting, tax reporting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures as an independent contractor. The financial controller will provide its fiscal sponsor, the Grand Canyon Trust, an Arizona non-profit corporation, with pay requests, detailed fund reporting for grantors, and budget vs actual reporting. Additionally, we seek a Financial Controller who desires to train, support, and mentor small business owners on good financial practice.
