The Navajo Nation Division of Economic Development, Business Regulatory Department (BRD), is seeking comments from the Navajo business community regarding the amending of the Navajo Business Opportunity Act. The goal of the amendments is to make the NBOA more business friendly and provide more contracting opportunities for Navajo-owned businesses with the Navajo Nation government and its enterprises.

BRD has scheduled three meetings to hear recommendations and suggestions to amend the NBOA. Dates of the meetings are May 27, June 24, and July 29 from 1pm to 4pm. All meetings will be conducted virtually and a link will to join will be posted on navajoeconomy.org.
