Our Lending Coaches are responsible for supporting the long-term success of the entrepreneurs we serve. This position has a special focus on relationship-based lending and borrower support within Navajo communities. The coach will work directly with entrepreneurs to support repayment success, maintain accurate borrower records, provide business coaching, help navigate loan readiness, and connect entrepreneurs with technical assistance, mentorship, and lending resources.

Lending Coach with a bookkeeping or accounting background

Our Lending Coaches are responsible for safeguarding the financial health of Change Labs’ loan portfolio while supporting the long-term success of the entrepreneurs we serve. This position has a special focus on building financial capacity and accounting literacy among Native entrepreneurs, especially those preparing for loans or receiving post-loan technical assistance. The coach will help business owners set up and manage bookkeeping systems (Wave, QuickBooks, spreadsheets, or other tools), understand financial statements, prepare for tax filings, and generate the reports needed for capital access and loan compliance.

Shiprock E-ship Hub Coordinator with a small business background

Our E-ship Hub Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Shiprock E-ship Hub while fostering the growth of Native-led businesses and nonprofits. This position has a special focus on creating an inclusive environment and providing one-on-one coaching to local entrepreneurs. The coordinator will manage the physical facility, organize public workshops and networking events, and connect entrepreneurs with the tools and support provided by Change Labs.
