Join Joseph Austin, for a comprehensive 90 minute workshop series on business contracts.
In the first session, Joseph covered contract fundamentals—what defines a contract, how to negotiate effectively, and the essential terms every contract should include. Participants learned how to use contracts as both a protective shield and a proactive tool to safeguard and grow their business.
Building on that foundation, this next session puts legal theory into practice. Joseph will guide participants through drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts using real-world examples. Attendees will work in groups to create contracts for their businesses, which Joseph will review and discuss.
Through expert insights and interactive exercises, you'll learn best practices for analyzing contracts you receive and crafting agreements your business needs. Whether you're new to contracts or looking to strengthen your expertise, this workshop series will provide essential legal knowledge to help protect and grow your business.
